Mr. Miscione joined Providge Consulting shortly after its founding in 2003 and, as Managing Director in charge of Operations, has helped to build the company into what it is today.

Throughout his 13-year consulting career, Joe has implemented PeopleSoft solutions and led project teams at multiple Fortune 500 companies, including MCI, Bell Atlantic, AT&T, BellSouth, Prudential, Pfizer, CapitalOne, and MMC. Joe has a wide range of experience, from HR and Payroll systems to Portal and EPM. He specializes in merging the technical and functional aspects of enterprise resource planning systems into workable, affordable solutions.

Joe holds a BS in Mechanical Engineering from Rutgers University and an MBA from NYU Stern. Prior to joining Providge, Joe had successful careers with both Andersen Consulting (now Accenture) and PriceWaterhouseCoopers (now IBM).

In the community, Joe has coached multiple youth soccer teams in the New York area and he remains a passionate soccer fan. He also sponsors, through Providge, a high school robotics team in the Bronx, NY. Joe is also an active member of the NYU and Rutgers Alumni communities. He lives in Hoboken, NJ, with his wife Tara.
