Tara joined Providge Consulting in early 2005, as the company was experiencing rapid growth. Tara's background in Human Resources and service management for Hyatt Hotels Corporation and Nordstrom, Inc. proved invaluable to Providge as she helped develop and streamline the company's internal practices and procedures.

As Human Resources Manager and Recruiter, Tara identified and placed top talent among the growing firm's consulting staff, and participated in Business Development, helping to double Providge's revenue in her first year with the company. Tara soon transitioned to an on-site consulting role at Pfizer. What began as a short-term analyst role developed into a Global Rollout lead position, and Tara ultimately became the Project Manager for a custom global PeopleSoft HRMS identity management system. Tara remained at Pfizer in various roles until March 2009, when she once again took on a leadership role in Providge’s internal operations, spearheading two new practices: Business Enablement Services and Health Solutions.

Tara holds a Bachelor of Business Administration from James Madison University and an MBA from New York University Stern School of Business. Tara lives in Alexandria, Virginia, with her husband, Joe, and their daughter, Violet.
