Theodore (Ted) Lee joined Providge Consulting as an Associate Partner in the spring of 2011. He joins Providge with 15 years of High Technology, HR Business Process and Management Consulting experience across various industry sectors.

Ted initially began his career as an HRIS analyst for the ING Group and was able to maximize the experience to join PeopleSoft, Inc. as a Professional Services Consultant. After outperforming on numerous client engagements by providing expert product knowledge to both implementation clients and partners, Ted joined PwC Consulting and was able to round out his management consulting experience to his already extensive HRMS ERP product knowledge. Ted maintained his Senior Consultant level through the IBM transition and in 2005, decided to start his own firm building on his years of experience with ERP consulting. After various successful independent assignments at Pfizer, The City of New York, and Marsh & McClennan Companies, Ted joined the NYU PSO office as a Providge Project Manager and has since joined Providge in an official capacity.

Ted holds a BA from Temple University. He currently lives in the Upper West Side of NYC with his family.
