With over 15 years of professional recruitment experience, Tiffany specializes in identifying, attracting, connecting, recruiting, and developing exceptional talent. Tiffany has successfully sourced talent in a variety of business models, such as consulting groups, temporary and direct hire staffing firms, and corporate talent management. Her human resource knowledge spans a diverse mix of industries including Information Technology, Healthcare, Timeshare, Tourism and Travel, and the Government sector. Prior to joining Providge Consulting, Tiffany sourced key personnel for several Fortune 1000 companies such as Air Tran Airways, Disney, Hilton Grand Vacations, Marriott International, and Robert Half. Throughout her career, Tiffany has developed her talent management skills in organizations undergoing great change and transition, managing large scale hiring initiatives to company-wide staff reductions. A passion for helping others to reach their true career potential has motivated Tiffany to volunteer as a Career Coach, working with several non-profit organizations such as "Discovery, Your Career" and "Moms Work 2.0."

Tiffany holds a Bachelors degree in Industrial / Organizational Psychology from the University of Central Florida, and is currently pursuing her PHR (Professional in Human Resources) Certification. Tiffany lives in Celebration, Florida with her spouse and four children.
